FAQ
Short answers for the questions we hear most when someone funds a wallet and places a first order.
Add funds to your wallet, open New order, pick a category and service, enter the link and quantity, check the quote, then submit. The charge leaves your balance when the order is accepted.
Each service shows an average time or speed band when we have one. Busy periods and provider queues can start later than the average. Track status on the Orders page.
Some services refill drops for a stated window after completion. Open Refill from the panel when the service supports it. Refill is not a cash refund.
Once a provider has started, the target usually cannot change. Cancel only if the service supports cancel and the order has not finished. Open a ticket with the order id if you need help reading the status.
Most services need a public target. Private accounts and locked posts are not delivered. Make the page public, then place a new order if the first one could not start.
Open Wallet → deposits and check the status. Bank and some crypto methods need confirmation. If the payment cleared on your side but the panel still shows pending, open a ticket with the deposit id and proof.
Yes. Signed-in customers can create an API key under API and place orders with the same catalogue rules as the panel. Keep the key secret.
Open Support in the panel and create a ticket. For order issues, include the order id and what you expected versus what you see.
